🔁 Returns

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags must be intact, and the product must be in resellable condition

  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be provided

📌 Please note: Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.


📝 How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email us at glamhivestore@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed:

  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your return

  • The return shipping address

🚫 Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


⚠️ Return Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Earrings, undergarments, or personal-use accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or not as described

Contact us within 48 hours at glamhivestore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will prioritize a swift resolution through either a replacement or full refund.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product:

  1. Initiate a return of the original item

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item


💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

⏱️ If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at glamhivestore@gmail.com.


🌍 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without stating a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must remain unworn and unused

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required
