Should a package be returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Deliveries
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, GlamHiveStore is no longer liable for delays or non-delivery caused by third parties.
For lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, customers are advised to contact the carrier directly or email our support team for assistance.
